Venue Rental: includes setup and cleanup time within the booked hours. Setup and cleanup are not complimentary; they are part of your total booked time.

May-October (Price is for 5 hour minimum, plus $75 per additional hour)

Sunday - Thursday: $250

Friday: $375

Saturday: $500

November-April (Price is for 5 hour minimum, plus $75 per additional hour)

Sunday - Thursday: $225 (10% discount)

Friday: $330 (12% discount)

Saturday: $450 (10% discount)


Example: If you need 1 hour for setup and 1 hour for cleanup, you're looking at a minimum of 3 hours of event time for your 5-hour booking. Please plan accordingly

$125 deposit is to hold your day. 

Balance is Due 30 days before the event.
