Refund policy

If the renter(s) would like to cancel their event after placing a deposit, the following terms apply: 

If the Renter cancels their event for any reason, all deposits paid are non-refundable and will be forfeited.

Any additional payments made toward optional services, upgrades, or add-ons will be refunded, less the deposit amount associated with those services and a $100 administrative fee.

No administrative fee will be charged if no payments beyond the non-refundable deposits have been made.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days of receiving written notice of cancellation.

To determine eligibility for a refund, you must contact us in writing or via email at info@countryvenue.com. If you are eligible for a refund, we will return your money via check or through our debit/credit card processor. Please allow a few days for this to process.
