How do we reserve our date?

If you're ready to lock in your date at Country Venue, you can pay your deposit online via credit card or direct bank transfer. We also accept cash and checks (ask about a discount!), just contact us directly.

How much is the wedding deposit?

The deposit for a wedding is $1250. $1000 of that gets applied towards your total bill, and $250 is a refundable damages deposit that is returned to you following your wedding.

What's included with a wedding rental?

Every wedding rental includes full use of our facility, including the brand new bridal suite and outdoor ceremony space, and all of our shared inventory including:

  • 2 easels to display signage
  • 2 whisky barrels
  • 4 panel wooden backdrop with string lights draped across
  • 2 cable spools (approx 6 ft wide)
  • Trifold door draped with lights for photos
  • Birch tree arch easels
  • String lights & drapery are hung across the venue 
  • Other notable amenities: 2 refrigerators, an ice chest, kegerator with 4 taps, several beverage tubs, beverage dispensers, 4 compartment garnish holder, coffee pot, serving platters, serving utensils, and more in the kitchen

How early/late do I have access to the venue?

If you choose to rent the venue for one day only, you have from 8:00 AM until 1:00 AM. If you rent the entire weekend, you have from 12:00 PM on Friday to 12:00P PM on Sunday.

Do you provide tables & chairs?

Yes we do! Our inventory currently includes forty-five 8 ft rectangle tables, three 4 ft by 4 ft square tables, 2 cocktail tables, and 400 white folding chairs. Linens are available for both tables and chairs at an additional charge.
